At the Hongkong Magistracy, yester day, before Mr. E. D. C. Wolfe. Chan Sai-kwong, a constable in the Ching Bection of the Folies Reserve and a clerk in the Cosmopolitan Dock Co, was charg cd with being in pussession of a revolver without a licence.
