present a monthly service is maintained with Calcutta by the sa. "KWAISANG and "VITIM,” Calling at Singapore and Penang. The former vessel has excellent passenger accommodation, is fitted with Electrle Light and Fans, and carries a tally qualified Surgoon.
MANILA
BINGAPORE LINE-The "VAN WAERWIJOK” leaves for Singapors approxi- mately every fortnight. This vessel has excellent accommodation for First-class passengers, and is fitted throughout with Electric Light and Fans and also carries a Fally qualited Sargeon.
BHANGHAI LINE-Sailings approximately every five days between Canton and Shanghai, sometimes calling at Swałow. Steamers on this line have a limited amount of passenger accomodation, and through tickets can be obtained for Northern and Yangtzee Porte vis Shanghai. Through Bills of Lading are issued to all Northern and Yangtze Porta,
MANILA LINE :—A weekly service is maintained with Manila by vessels with good
PRESEDZET RECOMmodation, sallings from both ports every Friday.
HAIPHONG LINE:-Sailings approximately weekly for passengers and cargo, calling.
at Holhow when inducement offers.
BORNEO LINE:-One sailing per month between Hongkong and Sandakan by a
steamer having up-to-date accommodation for passengers.
Cargo taken on through Bills of Lading for Kust, Jesselton, Labuan, Tawao and Labad Data.
TIENTSIN LINEA regular service is run from March to October between Hong-
kong and Tientsin, calling at Weihaiwei and Chefoo
