Mr. Ormo explained that the events. connected with the charge took place on April 9th. At 10 a.m. on this day watchman on duty at the West Rohrt godowns saw coolies removing bags of four from godown No. 4. A Chinaman was at that time in charge of the godown. The suspicions of the watchman were. aroused by the fact that no one was with the coolies representing the firm His lordship Bishop Pazzoni informs which was taking the flour over.
