CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR'S HOLIDAYS.

The Post Oco will be open on Thursday, the 25th inat, from 8 to 9am.

In the event of the arrival of the German and Canadian Mails the Post Office will be open for one hour for the delivery thereof,

On Friday, the 36th inst, the Post Office will be open from 8 to 9 a.m., and from 3 to 4p... and on Saturday, the 27th inst., from 8 am to 1 p.m. On Thursday, 1st January, the Post Office will be open from 8 to 9a.m. In the event of the arrival of the English Mail from Europe, the Post Office will be open for one hour for the delivery thereof.

There will te ona elivery of ordinary correspondence and one collection of letters each days on Sundays.

The Registration Branch will be open for the posting of Registered correspondense from 8 to 9 6 m. on the 25th and 26th inst, and on Saturday, the 27th inst, from 8 am, to poon.

The Registered Mail to the Philippine Islands, Australia, ezd German New Guinea by the Coblens will close at 9 a.m. on Christmas Day, the 25tly just.

There will be a delivery of registered correspondence during the morning of the 27th inst. The Moxey Order Offee will to entirely closed during the holidays.
