(3) The above rewards will not, of course, be conferred on those whose proposals are unsuitable for me.

C. If, after considering a proposal, the Ministry desires to have a personal consultation with the party sabmitting the same, his travelling expenses, if he is not residing in Poking, will be refunded by the Ministry. (This provision applies only to those living in China)

D. Proposals should be signed, with the addreas of the writers attached. Proposals, including maps, rejected by the Ministry will not be returned, and no rewants will be given for same. The Ministry will not be liable for spms 'spent in postage and preparation of mapa.
