On the 12th at noon-The baronster has rison in the Philippines and at the Bouins, but has fallen at all other stations over the area. Pressure is highest in the Pacific to the East of the Bonins, but is considerably below normal at all continental stations. Areas of low pressure exist to the E. of Hokkaido, to the N. of Shanting and N.W. of Haiphong.
Moderate to fresh S. W. winds and squa ly weather are indiosted over the south and east coasts of China and the northern portion of the China Ses.
