The Hongkong Agency of the E.V.F. will also accept Cargo and issue through Bills-of- Lading for all Black and Azov Seas Ports with transhipment at Odessa, and for Hakodate and all ports of Tartarian Strait and Kamtolatka, with transhipment at Vladivostok.

Cargo for all European Porta not mentioned in the Steamer's sobédula will not be accepted by this Agency.
