PROGRAMME.

1.-Gentlemen with life-presersers on will enter the water and remain stationary so as to

prove the efficiency of the life preservers.

2. A snap-shot will be taken by a person wearing one of the above whilst floating on the

water.

3.-Life-Saving Act. A drowning man will be saved by somebody baving one of these life-

proservers on.

4.The capsizing of a boat in which a lady is seated. The life of the lady will be saved

through her having a life-proserver on.

5-A Soldier wasting fail uniform and carrying a rifle will enter the water and prove that

it is possible for him (in spite of being fully dressed) to take sim and fire his rifle.

6. The Coating of a life-saving cushion. Four or five persons will hold on to this cushion

so as to prove that same is able to keep them from drowning.

7-A merry party in the water.
