For some months past I have never opened my weekly newspaper without finding an account of somebody who has reached the age of a hundred years, and, curiously enough, most of these dear old souts have -been-women.

Whether shall live to be a hundred "iny- self, and have my portrait in the papers, I can't say, but if anything I can tell you here will helji you to reach a hundred, or even if it only helps you to get a greater share of happiness in your life, 1 shall be very well pleased,
