The Delhi with the English Mail, left Singapore on Friday, the 22nd inst., at 5.00 pm., and may be expected here to-morrow at about 6 a.m. This packet brings the parcel maile closed in London for despatch by the all ses ronte on the 23rd August, and for despatch overland on the 29th August.
