The Maharaja Gaakwar of Baroda presided recently at a complimentary luncheon given to Sir Krishna Govinda Gupta, a member of the Secretary of State's Council of India. In the recent Coronation Honours list Sig K. G. Gupta was made K.C.S.I., and he is the first Indian to be honoured with that title during the period of his service. '.
