The latest new star, discovered at the Har- vard College Observatory on October is growing fainter, without having been bright enough to be visible to the naked ore. In the last 25 years 15 now stars have been recorded, of which 11 were found at this observators; and 9 by Mrs. Flowing's study of photographs provided by the Houry Draper memorial.
