Gentlemen,--Tas directors have now submit to you a general statement of the affairs of the Company and balance sheet for the year ending 31st Decoraler, 1910,
The net profits for that period, including 827,971.73 balance brought forward from last account, and transfer of $25,000 from the reserve fund for repairs, aftor paying all charges, amount to $383.179.39. From this amount an interim dividend of $3.50 per share has already been paid. It is now proposed to pay a final dividend of $3.50 per share, and after writing off directors and auditor's fees, there comaine à balance of $24,679.39 to be carried forward to the eredit of a new Proft and Loss Account..
DIRECTORS.
Messrs. E. Shellim, H. P. Whits and C. S. Gabboy having resigned, Messrs. W. Logan, G. W. Barton and S. A. Levy wore invited to join the Board in their places.
Mr. G. W. Barton having resigned, Mr. H, P. White was invited to rojoin the Board in his place.
These appointments now require confirmation: Messrs. G.. Friesland and H. P. White now retira by rotation, but offer themselves for re-election.

Mr. J. Cox Edwards having resigned upon leaving the Colony, the accounts have been audited by Messrs. H. Ferey Smith and R. C. Edwards, who now retire, but offer thoniselves for re-oleolion.
