Ouly fully prepaid letters and posteerds aro transmissible by the SIBERIAN Route to EUROPE.

The Public are informed that the Christmas and New Year Parcel wall to the United Kingdom and other countries in Europe will be closed in this office at 5 p.m. on Friday, the 11th of November, 1910. This parcel mail by the long sea route via Gibraltar is due in London on the 17th of December. Parce's may be forwarded via Brindisi with an extra fea of 60 cents. Euch parcels are due to reach London with the Lotter mail on the 9th December.

Parcels containing any article of Gold or Silver must be insured for at least part of their Talue. All Insured parcela must be scaled. All the seals on the parcel must be of the name kind of wax and must bear distinct impressions of some private devica. This device must be the 10 on each seal, Strait, Curved, Dotted or Crossed lines are not admissable. Buttons or Coine must not be used for sealing parools.

The Clerks of the Post Office are strictly forbidden to seal parcels or to ax Declaration Forms or Stamps on Parcels or Letters, for the Pablie, Parcels that in the opinion of a Postal offeer do not comply with the above regulations will not be accepted,

The Arcadia, with the English mail of the 30th September, left Bingapore on Saturday, the 22nd inst., at 9 a.m., and may be expected here on or about Thursday, the 27th inst., at 6 am. This packat brings the parcel mails closed in London for despatch by the all ses route on the 21st of September, and for despatch overland on the 28th of September,
