The Austrian str. Austria reports Fine weather, but fog outside the Formosa Channel and in the Channel. At Okson Island, on the Southern Island, the 21st just, at 9 a.m., we saw the 8.8. Kwetyang on shore in a very difficult position. There was there the as Toonan. As they did not answer to our offer if they wanted assistance we went ahead; certainly the steadier went ashore in the foggy weather.
