1. In making arrangements for the leasing of the Farms for the next Farm period of 1910, 1911 and 1912, the Government reserves to itself the right of resting the Farms (as provided in tho Proclamations concerned se named in Schedule A appended) in any person, by public or private sale as may be thought fit.
