The day of departure from Shar ghai of the weekly steamer carrying the Trans Siberian maila to Vladivostok Fas been changed from Friday to Tuesday.

The Inward mail steamer from Vladivostock should arrive at Shanghai, on Sunday in in fataru instead of Wednesday.

The Driki, with the English mail of the 17th April left Bingapore on Friday, the This packet brings replies to 3th instant, at 5 p.m. and may be exported here to-day. lotters despatched from Hongkong on the 17th March, and the parcel mails closed in London for despatch by the all sea route on the 8th April and for despatch overland-on the 15th-April,
