The Ninta, with the English mail of the 7th Sept., left Singapore, on Saturday, the 29th altime, at 8 am and may be expected here to-day, at 6 am. This packet brings replies to letters despatcheal from Hongkong on the 7th August and the paced mails closed iu London for desgate by lay all sea route on the night of the 29th August, and for despatchi overland on the poorning of this 6th of September.
