The Arken Simens, with the French mail of the 10th November, leaves Saigon to-day, the 9th inst., at 13 pm, and may be expected hero on or about Tuesday, the 12th inst. at daylight. This packet brings replies to letters despatched from Hongkong on the 7th October.
Malls for CANTON, BAMSHUI and WOCHow are closed on weak-days at 7.30 am. On Sunday the mail for Macao is cloand at 8 a.m.
Binite for NAMTAO, SANDUE, KONGMOON, "KUMCHUK, "SAMBHU), *WDCROW and #CANTON are closed every weekday, at 6 pm. On Sundays the mails are closed at 92.1.
