No Fire Insurance will be effected by me in any case whatever.
Damaged packages must be left in the Go downs for examination by the Consignee's and the Company's representatives at an appointed hour. All Claims must be presented within ten days of the gleamer's arrival here, after which date they cannot be recognised. No Olaims will be adtuitted after the Goods have left the Gödowns.
