On and after the 1st December, 1904, deliveries for Pontal District No. 11, viz., Albr ny, Peak Road, will leave the Post Ofes at fa.m., J pm, and 5 p., daily on weekdays and s.m. en sundings.

The Borgzi, with the English tuni, of the 4th inst, left Singapore on Sunday, the 27th inst., at noon, and may be expected here on or about Saturday, the 3rd rex. This packet brings replies to letters deputed froi Hongkong on the 4th October.
