PILOTS' EXAMINATION,

As examination of oan didates for Hongkong pilots certificates was held at the Harbour Master's offee yesterday, which four candidates presented themselves for examination. Two of the candidates failed, but the other two, Cap- tains Morgan and Majer, passed. The number of licensed plate now is eight Europeans and one Chinese. No other examination will be held until the beginning of next year.
