At the risk of repenting much of what your readers may already have seon in other now papers I purpose giving them a short resume of the latest publication (the second) of the General Staff in Berlin on the war in South Africa, haginning with the landing of Lords Roberts and Kitelenor at the Cupe and ent- ing with the capture of Bloomfontein. examined at 11 A.M., on the 16th inst.
No Claims will be ndruitted after the Goods have left the steamer's Godown, and all Goods remaining undelivered after the 16th inst., will be subject to rent.
All Claims against the Steamer must be presented to the undersigned on or before the 19th inst; or they will not be recognised. No Fire Insurance has been effected,
