Bids will be received (18) for the delivery and arvetion of the stencture complete in every respect and ready for use; (2nd) for the delivery at the whsef in Manila, free from all enem brances, of all the structural material and machinery of every sort, ready for the erection of the bridge complete.

Each bid shall be accompanied by (lat) a stress shout showing the maximum live and dead load stresses in each member together with th gross and not sections and the material of which each member in to be composed: (2nd) a certified check payable to the City of Manila in the sum of ous thousand dollars ($1,000) United States currency, or its equivalent, as a guaranty that the contractor will within ten (10) days from the awarding of the contract enter into contract with the City of Manila for the faithful performance of all the work shore specified.

A bond of ten per cent. (10%) of the accepted bid will be required for the faithful performance and completion of the contruct within a period. of twelve (19) months from the date of sing the contract,
