teneral bad attended to explain the position of the abuse of its process, and unless the Attorney the matter this Court would not have been able to deal with it. I therefore allow the cost of this motion, including the appearance of the Attorney Genaral (the respondent) and direct that they be paid by the appellant, Chia Hook Lam.
