The law, with the French Mail of the 13th ult, left Saigon on Friday, the 13th inst, and|| may be expected lure on or about Monday, the 16th fast. This Packet brings replies to lottere despatched om Hongkong on the 13th October last.

The China, with the American Mail of the 23rd ult, will leave Yokohama to-day, the fath inst., and may boxpected here on or about Sunday, the 22nd inst.
