Where any breach of the Fire Services Ordinance is found, a Fire Hazard Abatement Notice (FHAN) will be issued to the responsible person requiring him/her to abate the fire hazard within a prescribed period of time. Prosecution will be made if appropriate action is not taken by that
person.
