Appeal Board panel under toys' safety law re-appointed
A Government spokesman announced today (Friday) that the Secretary for Trade and Industry had re-appointed an Appeal Board panel under the Toys and Children's Products Safety Ordinance with immediate effect for a period of two-and-a- half-years.
Members re-appointed to the Appeal Board panel are as follows:

"Members of the panel will hear appeals against an enforcement decision or action of the Commissioner of Customs and Excise under Part VI of the Ordinance," the spokesman said.
