The plan can also be purchased at the Survey and Mapping Office.
Any person who considers that his interest, right or easement in or over the foreshore and seabed involved will be affected, may submit a written objection to the Director of Lands on or before July 19.

Pre-qualification invited for explosives complex
The Civil Engineering Department is inviting contractors to participate in a pre- qualification exercise for the construction of buildings and mechanical and electrical works for the explosives complex at Kau Shat Wan, Lantau Island.
The works comprise mainly the construction of 19 single-storey buildings, internal roads, drains, fencing and landscaping works and installation of building services and mechanical and electrical works for the buildings, tunnels and caverns. A security system for the complex will also be provided under the contract.
