Mr TONG Yok-kee
Mr Tong is a primary school headmaster. He has been a member or chairman of a number of boards and committees, all dedicated to improving educational standards in Hong Kong.

Mr Wong is now retired following service with the Royal Navy and the Hong Kong Government. He 19 a member of the Kwun Tong District Board and has been very active in community affairs.
