For the last 30 years Mr Lam has assisted former drug addicts. He is the Executive Secretary of the Pui Hong Self Help Association.

Mr LEE Shung-shin

Mr Lee is a businessman with a long record of community work. In particular he has been associated with the promotion of the Area Committees in Kwai Tsing.

Mr NG Chi-wing

Mr Ng is the Community Services Secretary of the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals. He has been closely involved in the rapid development of the welfare services of the Tung Wah Group.

Mrs Delia PEI CHEN Chi-kuen

Mrs Pei is the principal of a kindergarten. She has been active in pre-primary education, cultural affairs and charitable work.

Mr TANG Che-cheung

Mr Tang is

is a restaurant proprietor. He has been the Village Representative of San Wai Village, Ha Tsuen for 23 years and was Chairman of the Ha Tsuen Rural Committee for 10 years. He has a long record of public and community service.

Mr TANG Ying-yip

Mr Tang is a businessman and joined the Pok 01 Hospital Board of Directors in 1983, becoming Chairman of the Board in 1990. He has also been involved in a number of other community activities.

Mr Charles TIN Man-sin

Mr Tin is a businessman whose family have had a long association with Tuen Mun. He has been involved in a wide range of community work, including the chairmanship of the Yan Oi Tong.
