Mr Ronald James CLIBBORN-DYER

Mr Clibborn-Dyer joined the Royal Hong Kong Police in 1965 and was promoted to Senior Superintendent in 1982. He has served in a wide variety of appointments in the Uniform Branch, Traffic Wing and the Criminal Investigation Department. Mr Clibborn-Dyer's present post is Senior Staff Officer, Administration, in the New Territories Beadquarters.

Mr HO Kwok-hong

Mr Ho has served in the Fire Services Department since 1968. He transferred from fireman to the Ambulance Command in 1973 and was promoted to Superintendent (Ambulance) in 1989. Mr Ho is a qualified United Kingdom National Health Service Ambulance Aid Instructor.

Mr Robin Curtis HOBBS

Mr Hobbs joined the Royal Hong Kong Police in 1958 following two years' service with the Royal Air Force. He rose to his present -ank of Chief Inspector in 1971. Mr Hobbs' entire career has been spent in the Uniform Branch and he has specialised in traffic accident statistics and data systems.

Mr Dadan KHAN

Mr Khan transferred to the Royal Hong Kong Police in 1961 following two years in the civil service. He served initially in the Uniform Branch and then transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department. Mr Khan is currently Senior Staff Officer, Identification Bureau. He was promoted to Senior Superintendent in 1989.

Mr LAM Chun-man

Mr Lam joined the Fire Services Department in 1968 and was promoted to his present rank of Senior Divisional Officer in 1989. He has served in several units of the Operational Command, Fire Protection Bureau and Headquarters Command and has commanded many operations.
