Mr FU Kam-hung
Mr Fu is Assistant Director of Municipal Services with special responsibility for environmental hygiene and has the task of formulating and implementing policies for all aspects of environmental hygiene in the New Territories. He first joined the Hong Kong Government service in 1956.
Dr Anthony LEE Yip-chuen
Dr Lee is a naval architect by training and has been with the Marine Department throughout his service with the Hong Kong Government. He has played a major role in the formation of the autonomous Hong Kong Shipping Register and was a member of the main advisory committee to the Government on the establishment of the Register. He retired from the Government service in September 1990.
Mr LO King-man
His
Mr Lo is Deputy Director of the Hong Kong Polytechnic. career has been connected with tertiary education in Hong Kong. He was appointed to the Urban Council in 1984 and has played a prominent role in the cultural life of Hong Kong. He was closely involved in, amongst many other activities, the Cultural Centre project and the establishment of the Hong Kong Philharmonic as the territory's major orchestra.
Mr NG Kai-kai
Mr Ng is a chief maintenance surveyor with the Hong Kong Government. Since 1987, he has been heavily involved in the provision of accommodation for Vietnamese boat people, including the refurbishment of existing buildings, the putting-up of new centres and the construction of innovative open camps from prefabricated parts.
