Mr Augustine CHUI Kam, JP

Mr Chui joined the Hong Kong Government service in 1952 and rose to his present. rank of Secretary, Government Secretariat in 1986. He was appointed Secretary for Recreation and Culture in 1989.

His career in Government service has been characterised by close links with the community. His more recent appointments have included Director of Urban Services and Secretary for Municipal Services.

Mr Justice Rory O'CONNOR

Mr Justice O'Connor came to Hong Kong from Kenya as а magistrate in 1962. He was made a District Court judge in 1970 and a High Court judge in 1977. He is currently a senior High Court judge. and is due to retire shortly.

In 1987, he was appointed a member of the Judicial Service Commission and in 1988 he became Chairman of the Board of Review of Long Term Prison Sentences. In the same year, he also became a member of the Law Reform Commission's Sub-Committee on Arrest, Detention, Search and Seizure.

Dr the Honourable Daniel TSE Chi-wai, OBE, JP

Dr Tse has a long record of public service and is a member of the Executive and Legislative Councils. He нав elected to the Legislative Council in 1985 from the Kowloon City Electoral College Constituency.

He has a wide range of interests and plays an active role on a large number of panels and committees. His Моге prominent appointments have included President of the Hong Kong Baptist College, member of the Kowloon City District Board, and Chairman of the Bilingual Laws Advisory Committee, the Police Complaints Committee and the ICAC Advisory Committee on Corruption.
