Council on which he has served as a member since
1980.
The Hon. WONG Po-yan, OBE, JP
Mr Wong Po-yan has made a significant
contribution to the Legislative Council, particularly
in the Finance Committee. He serves on numerous
committees dealing with trade and industry.
