Mr CHAU Cham-son, JP
Mr Chau joined the Hong Kong Civil
Service as a temporary Assistant Town Planning
Officer of the Public Works Department in 1960.
He has been involved in every aspect of town
planning in Hong Kong. He was promoted to the post
of Director of Building Development in 1994.
Mr LI Fook-hing
Mr Li has been very active in the planning
of a hospital extension and has raised funds in order
to serve more people in East Kowloon area.
Mr Charles Cho Chiu SIN
Mr Sin has made major contributions to
the work of the Housing Authority, and through it,
to the community. He is a successful lawyer and has
been actively involved in the unification of the
stock exchanges in Hong Kong.
Professor Rosie YOUNG Tse-tse, JP
Professor Young has gained
recognition both internationally and locally through
her long and dedicated work in the field of medical
and health care.
