Mr MA Yu-leung
Mr Ma has been a member of the Kowloon City Kaifong Association for a great many years. He is presently the Vice-Chairman of the Kowloon City and Sai Tau Area C'ttee.
Mr POON Shun-kwok
Mr Poon is active in the public affairs of the Pokfulam District and is a member of Southern District Board.
Dr Portia SHEEN
Dr Sheen has been Medical Superintendent of the Yan Chai Hospital since 1976 and is active in the public affairs of Tsuen Wan District.
Madam TING Yuk-chee
Madam Ting began her community service in the Eastern District in 1972 and is a member of Eastern District Board.
Mr TSANG Fan-kong
Mr Tsang is a primary school headmaster and has been closely involved with the Hong Kong Youth Cultural and Arts Competitions since 1975.
Mrs TSANG WONG Tak-chung
Mrs Tsang began her involvement in public affairs in 1957 with the Western District Women's Welfare Club. She is now closely involved with the Chung Shek Hei (Cheung Chau) Home for the Aged.
