Mr CHAN Wai-man

Mr Chan began his community service in Tsuen Wan in 1968 and is now a member of the Tsuen Wan District Board.

Mr CHAN Yan-leung

Mr Chan began his direct involvement in Tsuen Wan district community affairs in 1978. He is a member of the Tsuen Wan Sports and Arts Festival Committees and of the Tsuen Wan East Area Committee.

Mr HO Yuk-wing

Mr Ho has been active in the affairs of the Wanchai District for many years past.

Mr KOO Loh-ming

Mr Koo is a member of the Yuen Long District Arts Committee, Vice-Chairman of the Scouts Association,

Yuen Long (West) District and Chairman of the New Territories School Sports Association (Yuen Long Branch).

Mr LAM Hung-chiu

Mr Lam began his direct involvement in community service in Sha Tin in the 1970s and has been an elected member of Sha Tin District Board since 1982.

Mr LEE Kin-chung

Mr Lee has been President of the Tsz Wan Shan Kai Fong Association since 1976 and is an elected member of the Wong Tai Sin District Board.
