could be held simultaneously. Barring unforeseen circumstances, the entire process can be expected to finish by 2 am on September 27.

Full polling results for each constituency will be issued

over the teleprinter and facsimile networks.

Media Arrangementa

Ones balleting of a ocstituency is completed, the ballot boxes will be taken to the counting amtre in Queen Elisabeth Stadium. Media representatives will be able to go into the arena to cover the opening of the ballot boxes but will not be able to cover the actual

counting of votes.

The Retuming Officer will announce the results of each constituency moe they are confirmed. The media will be escorted by GIS officers into the arena to just in front of the stage to cover

these announcementa.

In addition, with the permission of the Retuming Officer, television and radio reporters will be able to do "live" reports for their main newscasts from sections 1 and 8 spectator atanda (as show in Annex E) inside the arena, with the counting of votes in the background, but only for three minutes.
