Miss Lo is a founder and pioneer of the Hong Kong Youth.

Cultural and Arts Competitions. She is currently the Vice-

President of Road Safety Association, the Hon. President of

North Point and Causeway Bay Boy Scouts Association and a

member of the Civic Association.

Mr MA Ching-yuk

Mr Ma was Chairman of the Sheung Wan Area Committee from

1979 to 1984. He has been a Lay Assessor to the Magistrates

Court since 1979, an Assessor of the Money Lenders Licensing

Court since 1981 and is also a member of the Air Transport

Licensing Authority.

Mr NG Sui-kai

Mr Ng is active in the affairs of the Yau Ma Tei District

and has been a member of the Yau Ma Tei North Area Committee

Since 1973.

M: WAN Hing-yuen

Mr Wan has been involved in local community activities

continuously since he was appointed Principal of the Cotton

Pinners Association Prevocational School in Kwai Chung in 1975.

e is now the District Commissioner of the South Kwai Chung Scouts.

UEN Shu-kwan

Mr Yuen is the founder, and also currently the Chairman, of

the Islands District Sports Association which is a driving

force in promoting sporting activities in the outlying islands.
