Mr Kwan is one of the most celebrated singing stars in Hong Kong. He also participates actively in community affairs.

Dr LAM Lin-sen

Dr Lam is an Hon. Adviser and Adjudicator of the HK Youth Cultural and Arts Competitions; Professor, Department of Chinese Language & Literature, Lingnan College and is a former Reader, Department of Chinese & History, Chinese University of HK.

Mr LÀM Tak on

Mr Lam has been a Committee member of the Hong Kong Chai Wan Residents' Association, is a vice-chairman of an Area Committee in Chai Wan and has been the Director of the Hong Kong Chiu Chow Overseas Public Welfare Advancement Association

for many years.

Mr LEE Kwong

Mr Lee is particularly active in community work in Sha Tin. He is the chairman of the Sha Tin Sports Association and chaired the district organising committee of the Community Chest Walk in Sha Tin early in 1984.
