Mr Hung joined the Fire Services Department in 1956 and

now holds the most senior non-officer rank.

Mr Raymond Brian JOHNSTON

Mr Johnston joined the Belfast Fire Brigade in 1955 and in

1963 was appointed to the Hong Kong Fire Services Department in

which he now holds the rank of Senior Divisional Officer.

MI LUI Kwong-yeung

Mr Lui has served with the Fire Services Department since

1958 and now holds the most senior non-officer rank.

Mr Chan joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1959 a Police Constable and was promoted to his present rank of Station Sergeant in 1976.

Mr HUI Chiu yin

Mr Hui joined the Royal Hong Kong Police as a Probationary Inspector in 1965 and was promoted to his present rank of Superintendent in 1976.

Mr LAU Chung

Mr Lau joined the Royal Hong Kong Police as Constable in 1950 and was promoted to his present rank, Detective Station Sergeant, in 1977.
