Mr WAN Chi-yei
Mr Wan joined the Prison Service as a Warder in August 1952.
He was promoted to Junior Officer in 1964 and to the rank of
Officer in 1965.
Mr WONG Kai-tung
Mr Wong joined the civil service in October 1952 and now
holds the rank of Senior Clerical Officer in the Rating and
Valuation Department.
Mrs WONG YEUNG Fung-sang
Mrs Wong has served as a qualified Midwife with the Medical
and Health Department since 1956.
Mr WU Pak-ming
Mr Wu was first appointed as clerical officer to the civil service in April 1958 and has served since then in the Labour Department.
