Mrs Lam has been Executive Director of the HK Family Planning Association since 1961. She is also a member of the Immigration Tribunal, the Board of Education and the Wanchai

District Board.

Mrs Mona LEONG WONG Man-suen, JP

During the course of the last 14 years, Mrs Leong has held the posts of Chairman, and later President, of the HK Chinese Women's Club, one of the leading women's clubs for the promotion of women and children's welfare in Hong Kong.

Mr Edwin LEUNG Chung-ching

Mr Leung was a member of the Executive Committee of HK Federation of Youth Groups (1980-81), and a member of the Board of Architectural Education of the HK Institute of Architects (1979-80). He served as a Director of the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals in 1978-80, as a Vice-Chairman in 1980-83 and is the Chairman of the current Board.

Mr Geoffrey Charles LYTTON

Mr Lytton was first appointed to the HK Civil Service as a Revenue Inspector in 1957. He transferred to the Executive

Grade in 1959 which he left in 1970 to become Secretary to the

Polytechnic Planning Committee. He then became the General Secretary of the HK Polytechnic when it was established in August 1972, a post which he still holds.

Mr Charles Stuart WILKINSON

Mr Wilkinson has been on secondment from the BBC to Radio Television HK since 1978. Initially he occupied the post of Deputy Director of Broadcasting, but subsequently became the Director of Broadcasting in 1981.
