Mr WONG Pui-tong
Mr Wong joined the Force in 1950 as a Police
Constable and progressed to his present rank of Station Sergeant in 1973. In 1979 he was appointed officer-in-
charge of the Pak Tin Neighbourhood Policing Unit in
Shek Kip Mei, Kowloon. Through his personal efforts he
has established close and harmonious working relationships
between the Force, Government Departments and local
community organisations in the area.

Mr CHENG Kam-hoi
Mr Cheng joined the Royal HK Police as a Police
Constable in 1955 and was promoted to Station Sergeant
in 1977. He has served in a wide variety of appointments
in the Uniform Branch in Kowloon and New Territories. In
recent years he has worked in various CID posts in Marine and HK Island Regions. He has been complimented over 20 times by Magistrates and Divisional Commanders for
excellent crime arrests and crime investigation.

Mr POON Chi-ming
Mr Poon joined the Royal HK Police Force in 1950 and was promoted to his present rank of Station Sergeant in 1977. He has served in a wide variety of
posts and his contribution has been of a consistently
high standard.

Mr CHEUNG Kwok-kui
Mr Cheung joined the Force in 1956 and for the next eight years worked in a variety of Uniform and CID posts. Thereafter he was transferred to the Police Training School where he took up duty as a Physical Training
Instructor. He is also a HK Football Association and
International Football Association Referee and has
officiated in all the major local competitions. he has officiated in preliminary competitions for the
Olympic Games and World Cup.
