Mr Wu joined the Royal HK Police Force in June 1962 and was promoted to Superintendent in 1974 and to Senior Superintendent in 1980. Throughout the whole of his service Mr Wu has worked with outstanding devotion to duty, energy and professional ability.

Mr John Desmond Christopher DOOLAN

Mr Doolan joined the Royal HK Police Force in 1958 and was promoted to his present rank of Senior Superintendent in January 1982. He has served with ability in a wide variety of posts.

Mr Martin BROWN

Mr Brown joined the Royal HK Police Force as a Probationary Inspector in 1962 and was promoted through the ranks to Senior Superintendent in 1980. He has held a wide range of appointments in both the Uniform Branch and in Criminal Investigation Department.

Mr Cheung joined the Force as Police Constable in 1948 and was promoted to the rank of Inspector in 1973. All his service has been with the Marine Police to which he has contributed much during his long career.
