Mr WAN Hon-cheung

Mr Wan is an indigenous villager of Tai Po Tsai, Sai Kung. He has been a member of the Sai Kung District Board since 1981 and has been closely associated with the Boys' and Girls' Club Association since 1975. He has also been a Member of the Antiquities Advisory Board and Lay Assessor since 1979 and a Member of the Country Park Board since 1982.

Mr MAN For-tai

Mr Man is a Village Representative of Fan Tin Tsuen Ming Tak Tong and has been Chairman of San Tin Rural Committee since 1978. He is Chairman of the Transport and Traffic Committee of Yuen Long District Board and was President of the Scout Association of Hong Kong Yuen Long (East) District in 1981/82 and 1982/83.

Mr TANG Po-sang

Mr Tang has been the Village Representative of Tai Po Shui Wai since 1955 and a member of the Tai Po Rural

Committee Executive Committee since 1959. He has been the

Chairman of the Tai Po Rural Committee's Mediation Committee

for many years.

Mr CHOY Wing-on

Mr Choy's record of community services started

9 years ago as a Mutual Aid Committee and later Owners'

Corporation Chairman. He later served the Eastern District

Federation of Multi-Storey Building Organisations, Eastern District Recreation and Sports Advancement Association and

two Area Committees in Eastern District. He has been an

Eastern District Board member since 1981.

Dr LEUNG Ding-bong

Dr Leung is Chairman of the Kwong On Bank and has been

a Mong Kok District Board Member since 1981. He is active in the Auxiliary Medical Service and the St John's Ambulance

Brigade. He is also a Council Member of the HK Medical

Association, serving on the Licentiate Committee and Medical

Laboratory Training Board.
