Mr CHOW Kwan-sing
Mr Chow is a Founder Member of the Tsuen Wan Trade Association and was its first Treasurer. He later became
its Vice-chairman and has been Chairman since 1981. Mr Chow also founded the N.T. Chamber of Commerce in 1959 and
founded the first Western style clinic in Tsuen Wan in 1953. The clinic offers entirely free services to the poor and needy.
Mr LEE Kae-bun
Mr Lee has played an active and important part in the fields of education, recreation, arts and sports promotion in Yuen Long where he is a primary school head- master. He has served as the Vice-Chairman of the N.T. District Schools Sports Association, Yuen Long Branch since 1974 and is now the current Chairman; he is also the current Chairman of the Main N.T. District Schools Sports
Association.
Mr TONG Kwok-wah
Mr Tong's achievements lie in the work he does as Chairman of the HK Taoist Association and of the Yuen Yuen Institute, posts which he has held for the last 12 years. He is active in the ecumenical movement where his
contributions have been noteworthy.
Mr CHENG Po-hong
Mr Cheng is an active social worker in the rehabilitation of delinquent children. He is a Lay Assessor in the Magistrates Courts and is Chairman of the Traffic and Transport Committee of the Sham Shui Po
District Board.
