Mr TSUNG Yung-ming
As
Mr Tsung joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force a Constable in 1949 and was promoted through the ranks
to Station Sergeant in 1972. He was posted to take command of the Government House Police Post in April 1981. In discharging his duties at Government House he has displayed tact and diplomacy of a high order in dealing with visitors, petitioners and demonstrators.
Mr FUNG Yiu-wing
Mr Fung joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force as a Constable in 1952 and was promoted to his present rank of Station Sergeant in 1979. He has spent virtually all his
service in the Uniform Branch in Kowloon and New Territories
Regions. He has received 22 commendations from Magistrates
and his Commanding Officers.
Mr NGAI Ki-shung
Mr Ngai joined the Hong Kong Police Force in 1951 and for the past 26 years has served in the Criminal Investigat- ion Department. He was promoted to Detective Sergeant in 1971. He has provided an excellent example to his subordinates by his display of initiative, ability and devotion to duty.
Mr CHAU Cham-chiu, Peter
Mr Chau joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1962 and resigned to assist in the family business in 1974. On resigning from the regular Force Mr Chau joined the Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force where his previous Police experience proved to be invaluable. He advanced through the ranks and was promoted to Senior Superintendent (Auxiliary) in 1980 and is presently Deputy District Commander (Auxiliary),
New Territories.
