Mr Lam is in his 30th year of service with the Hong Be has Kong Fire Services having joined as a Sub Officer. served in all branches of the service incluidng the post of Commandant, Training School and his present position of head of the Fire Protection Bureau. His performance in these two difficult posts has contributed a great deal to the development of the Fire Services and steady improvements in public safety in Hong Kong.

made valuable contributions to the sporting activities of the Force, having been a member of the Police Sports Council for the past 6 years.

Mr Bagley joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force as an Inspector in 1962 and was promoted through the ranks
He has served in the to Senior Superintendent in 1979.
Uniform Branch, Marine, Special Branch and Criminal Investigation Dept and the Narcotics Bureau.
